In the event of claims for faulty, damaged or wrong products, the following terms must be adhered to:

Clearly indicate the reason for the return or exchange, for us to resolve the query. The return of goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Exchanges and Refunds
If the return is meant for exchange of product, clearly indicate the new product and colour required, as well as any changes in size.
For refunds, clearly indicate the bank account number, or credit card number, for the refund to reflect correctly.
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the items are:
new and unused
in salable condition with all tags
with no defects or stains
within its original packaging
If the items have been worn, they CAN NOT be returned for hygienic reasons.
Note: We will not refund or accept returns on clearance or sale items, as itemized in the product description.
Please be aware that NIKU will not be responsible for any further shipping costs incurred by the purchaser, and we are unable to refund or exchange items which in our opinion are, either not faulty, or have been deliberately damaged.
